How to set PT Pricing

The PT pricing page has two datasets: one for for 25 minute sessions, one for 50 minute sessions. In each dataset, clubs will pull their data from the first entry that matches the following:

1. The entry has the club code listed in the inclusion list, or if none are found,
2. The entry has the club’s state listed and the exclusion list does not include that club

If no entry is found matching one of the above criteria, then no pricing is shown for that session length at the club.

If you would like to hide one of either the show or drop pricing slides, but not both, for a set of clubs, then set all the prices for that page to 0.

To only modify prices for a subset of clubs in a state:

• Check whether any existing entries have that club code explicitly listed in their inclusion lists, remove from them if they do.
  • You do NOT need to add the club as an exclusion to entries with the club’s state listed, only remove it from inclusion lists
• Add new entry, fill in pricing, then add club codes to new entry’s inclusion list. Do not add any states or exclusions
  • Repeat for both 50 minute and 25 minute sessions, as necessary
